Nunavik Fund for Arts and Literature was created with the financial contributions of Kativik Regional Government (KRG) and the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ). The Nunavik Fund supports talented artists in a region with limited employment options by contributing to the development of their careers, bringing Nunavik communities and artists closer together, and by providing an extraordinary opportunity for artists to broaden their horizons through a residency program. The Nunavik Fund has two components specifically for Inuit artists from the region of Nunavik:

Component I: Assistance for Professional Artists & Writers
(Maximum $10, 000 for individuals and $15, 000 for groups)

Component II:
A- Artist and Writer's Residency in Montreal (for Inuit)

B-Artist and Writer's Residency in Inukjuak (for non-Inuit)
